Laptop does not shutdown

Hi,

My laptop does not shutdown with either the shutdown command or reboot.  It does 5-10 of the shutdown items, the screen turns black, but my laptop is still on.  It is a Toshiba A50, if that helps, and i'm using the latest distro of arch.  If there's anything I can do to help solve this problem, I will do it.

I don't know if this helps but try to load this module:

modprobe toshiba_acpi
