My laptop specs: HP Pavilion Aero 13, Ryzen 7 5800U, 16GB RAM, No dGPU, using the latest Gnome with Wayland.
It's also the same with linux-zen 6.0.11.
I am not sure what the problem is exactly. I was able to revert back to linux 6.0.10 using timeshift and it is working as expected. I do have linux-zen 6.0.11 installed. So, I should be able to provide any info that may help troubleshoot this problem.
Thank you.
Edit: It was happening because of auto-cpufreq. Disabling it fixed the issue.

Yes , after seeing some errors on journal about auto-cpufreq I uninstalled it and seems be smoother, I will wait and see if they update it and try again by then. Now I just use a custom widget to change the governor for the time being.
It was spamming the journal with some errors
