[SOLVED] Archiso - weird behavior at login to a webservice

Hello,
I'm using Arch Linux from the ISO file archlinux-2022.12.01-x86_64.iso and in parallel I'm using Archiso for creating a Arch-based ISO file.

During my tests I noted that, when I try to login to chat.openai.com service by Firefox browser on the ISO produced by Archiso, it accepts to login and then push me back to the login window (it happens only if my credentials are correct. If they are not correct, I get the error of wrong credentials). It occurs also if I use a web wrapper client (https://github.com/lencx/ChatGPT that must be compiled in order to get an AppImage file). It does not occur if I use other browsers (as chromium-based ones).

In the Arch Linux from the archlinux-2022.12.01-x86_64.iso, if I install on it a Desktop Environment (like GNOME) for accessing to that web service by Firefox or the web wrapper client, I can access correctly. So I excluded that the problem is related to Firefox and the web wrapper client.

So the issue probably should be related to the way I set Archiso for generating the ISO, so I listed all the packages installed on archlinux-2022.12.01-x86_64.iso and reported in packages.x86_64 of Archiso (by adding gdm for login to GNOME environment), and then I also copied the files in /etc folder of archlinux-2022.12.01-x86_64.iso that are not in conflicts with the packages that will be installed. All this in order to obtain an ISO file that could be very similar to the archlinux-2022.12.01-x86_64.iso.

After the generation of this ISO file by Archiso, when I try to access to chat.openai.com, the login still behaves weird as described above, despite I tried to replicate in the Archiso settings what I have in archlinux-2022.12.01-x86_64.iso.

I tried also to write the minimal packages in packages.x86_64 but still get this behavior.

I investigated this for weeks and I don't understand why I have this different behavior between archlinux-2022.12.01-x86_64.iso and the ISO file generated by Archiso, so why on archlinux-2022.12.01-x86_64.iso the login works, and on the ISO files generated by Archiso no?

The issue was related to the account, not to Arch environment. It has been solved with the latest updates of the service. Closing this post.
