Hi, according this thread on redit
https://www.reddit.com/r/firefox/commen … textimages
a workaround is set accessibility.force_disabled = 1, I try it and it's working
Cheers.

The accessibility workaround, nor the graphics acceleration workaround, work if you have the bug related to https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/xorg/lib … issues/168
They are for different kinds of freezes, the accessibility one is Windows-only, related to some accessibility feature of Windows

Well I am on day 4 now and so far haven't had a freeze yet. If I don't get another instance by end of day Saturday I would believe a recent package update and or in combination with Firefox 108 resolved the issue. I've been copying and pasting like crazy trying to get it to hang and nothing so far.

The current libx11 ships a patch with the explicit goal of fixing the firefox issues, seems like it's doing it's job: https://github.com/archlinux/svntogit-p … df527f9218
