The Display Resolution seemed have been locked at 800x600.

!!!I'm using GTX1060
I use DVI cable.
My display Resolution have been set to 800x600(or 600x480) and there's no more display mode i can change.Even in bios the resolution is still 800x600 and unable to display the full interface.
I have tried to reflash the bios and vbios and it also doesn't work.
I also tried GRUB_GFXMODE (in GRUB boot, btw I use systemd-boot normally)
And use 'videoinfo' in GRUB SHELL and it also report only 1 mode(800x600)
I think i just installed plymouth and v86d(uvesafb) several days ago for high-resolution splash.
Now I even cannot boot windows (when the boot process is done, the screen turn to black, and i can't do anything)
I need to use 'nomodeset' kernel command to boot into archiso.
And in arch i can't use xrandr because the Xorg doesn't work(when i login i use the tty terminal default).
I use Ubuntu iso and safe graphics mode to display the Graphical interface.(800x600 resolution)
Please help.

I don't do Nvidia, but....

Have you tried a different cable?
As it does not work in Windows, or Arch, or Ubuntu, one might assume it is a hardware problem.
Have you tried a different cable?
Did it ever work?
Have you tried a different cable?
Which output are you using?  What is your monitor?
Did I mention the cable?

Re: The Display Resolution seemed have been locked at 800x600.

Hardware issue - maybe spoiled by fast-start (see the 3rd link below)

To get us an idea what's going on at all, post the system journal of a failed boot (boot w/ nomodeset, reboot w/ ctrl+alt+del (press it frenetically, at some point systemd realizes that you want to reboot), use "nomodeset" for the reboot and then upload

sudo journalctl -b -1 | curl -F 'file=@-' 0x0.st

If we ignore the windows situation,

I think i just installed plymouth and v86d(uvesafb) several days ago for high-resolution splash

sounds suspicious enough, so maybe undo that for the time being.
