I don't believe you tried very hard to find a solution. Why? Because there is info all over google about users for last couple of years not able to install themes automatically in KDE Plasma in ALL linux distros. Even some themes on KDE store explain this and how to manually install the theme files. That being said, I will help you anyway. You should, until and if the problem is ever solved, install themes and styles manually. For example:
You can download the archive and extract it to ~/.local/share/plasma/desktoptheme/ to install it for user. If you want to install for system, then try to move it to /usr/share/plasma/desktoptheme/.

It is a bad idea to install files manually into pacman's territory as pacman cannot track them.

A system can be a combination of package managed and admin managed. These are addon themes that are not tracked nor installed with pacman. I install many files to my system that have nothing to do with pacman. I create systemd timers for example and do not install them with pacman. I also install packages from source. Those files are not managed by pacman. I manage them just fine without pacman. That being said, for anyone that is a pacman purist that feels all files should be installed or tracked with pacman, then the .local directory would be the place to install the theme files. Either way, the solution is valid.

Thank you for replying me.My purpose is how to resolve this problem more than just install a theme, I want to know what's the reason will arise this error. Archlinux's reason? KDE's reason? Or maybe internet's reason and so on.
Thanks again, love you.
