[SOLVED]Boot stops at Starting systemd-udevd version 252.4-2

After doing fresh install on an older HP 15 Notebook PC AMD laptop and installinig both LTS and newer kernels, trying fallback initramfs and normal kernel -
No matter what I get this

[    0.0108444] __common_interrupt; 1.55 No irq handler for vector
[    0.0108444] __common_interrupt; 2.55 No irq handler for vector
[    0.0108444] __common_interrupt; 3.55 No irq handler for vector
Starting systemd-udevd version 252.4-2-arch

It stops at this after I choose which linux to boot and I cant do anything
What info do u need?

I am  a beginner, but I think this was right place to post it.
I can chroot into instsall

Are you just trying to boot into TTY to complete the installation or are you expecting a graphical environment to start?

From the chroot, read the journal for the prvious boot (the failed one above).

I am hoping to get a command line so I can start post tweaking.

Where do I Find the journal? And how can I post it here?

I tried ssh'ing in
Tried a second USB

And I read the systemd journal but still cant find out where I can get the

journalctl -b -1 >> /home/mnt/text.txt

file uploaded to computer or internet?
The file is 1100 lines long, so no point taking pictures

I get the same error, and I have confirmed I chrooted and its installed.
Do I need to download the radeon drivers?

The driver is part of the kernel. Your issue is with the firmware

Actually I got it working now

Thank you for the help

I ran the pacman -Syu command after installing the firmware.
I forgot it the first time around
