USB controller fail to resume from suspend.

[ 3596.543569] xhci_hcd 0000:08:00.0: PM: dpm_run_callback(): pci_pm_resume+0x0/0x1c0 returns -110
[ 3596.543578] xhci_hcd 0000:08:00.0: PM: failed to resume async: error -110
```
Then I have to restart to get it to work again. This is on kernel version 6.1.1. Is it possible to prevent it from going to sleep? I've read that it's possible for usb devices but I can't find a way for the controller itself.
