As an honest user, who should not run on Google and forums, asking stupid questions)), I read the documentation to install this dist https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Iwd :
What and why and how, not a single foot yet, so I just follow the instructions on how to connect wi-fi.
1. As I understand it, it should run the iwctl command. They suggest to look through the help with the usual output of the "help" command.
I type iwctl and then "help".
Part of the certificate ran up somewhere. Okay)
2. [iwd]# device list
To see how many wi-fi devices I have and what they are called. Many people probably have more than one, or they may not be numbered in order of connection, but... Some other way and called something other than wlan. Well, of course.
Next they suggest scanning the network.
[iwd]# station device scan
My device is called wlan0
So I write:
station wlan0 scan
And I get the answer:
No station on device 'wlan0'
station wlan0 get-networks
No station on device 'wlan0'
I could write the hardware configuration, how I downloaded the ArchLinux installer image, in a word, write a thesis from start to finish, but maybe it's simpler than that.
So to speak, have fun not all at once)
What was I going to say? Yes - what to do in this situation?
Maybe there is some HandBook on how to install and configure wi-fi under Arch Linux? - "Wi-Fi Arch Linux HandBook"
Or do I have to scour the Internet to find a solution not from the documentation, but just) - from users' answers to people's questions, how to set this thing up? Well, as usual ![]()

Please use code tags, https://bbs.archlinux.org/help.php#bbcode
ip a
rfkill
lspci -k
lsmodFrom the stray braces in your post I guess you're writing from a phone, so https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Tethering might help you out in case there's a more substantial problem w/ supporting your NIC.
Oh, and in case there's a parallel windows installation, see the 3rd link below.
