Hello, I'm on a fresh Arch install, followed the Installation Guide. I pretty consistently get the following spam in dmesg output some time after boot:
ucsi_acpi USBC000:00: possible UCSI driver bug 2
ucsi_acpi USBC000:00: con2: failed to get status
ucsi_acpi USBC000:00: possible UCSI driver bug 2
ucsi_acpi USBC000:00: con3: failed to get status
ucsi_acpi USBC000:00: possible UCSI driver bug 2
ucsi_acpi USBC000:00: con4: failed to get statusBut curiously, not always. I do always get the warning
ucsi_acpi USBC000:00: UCSI_GET_PDOS returned 0 bytes and in instances when the spam does happen there is sometimes
event11: Failed to update device symlink '/dev/input/by-path/pci-0000:00:1f.3-platform-skl_hda_dsp_generic-event', ignoring: Too many levels of symbolic links
event12: Failed to update device symlink '/dev/input/by-path/pci-0000:00:1f.3-platform-skl_hda_dsp_generic-event', ignoring: Too many levels of symbolic linksearlier in the logs.
Tried and both times got the spam on linux and lts kernels.

zxp19821005, first this look like necro-bumping
Second:
I also have the same error,Thinkpad E15 gen4,EndeavourOS,Kernel 6.1.2-arch1-1
So, you're not using Arch Linux.
I'm just someone. Please use

tags.

Closing this old thread and as stated, you'll have to ask on the Endevaour OS boards for help.
