ncurses 6.4 breaks pasting into vim in st

I'm just going to mention this here because it's so specific, I have no idea who to report this to.  On two different machines, pasting from the Xorg clipboard into vim stopped working properly after a pacman update.  It behaved as though it wasn't in insert mode when it most definitely was.

Pasting this with Ctrl+Shift+V:
this is some text

Resulted in this:
S is some text

This only seemed to happen in st from the AUR and no other terminal emulator.  It took me a long time to figure out the cause because no upgraded package seemed to relate to it, but it turned out downgrading ncurses to 6.3 stopped the issue (just for diagnosis, of course; partial upgrades bad).

I don't know how many people are going to care, but the Arch + vim + st combo isn't exactly unheard of, so I figured I'd mention it somewhere on the internet.

Whoops, didn't think to look in the newbie subforum.  Thanks!
