[Solved] Touchpad not working after suspension

I just suspended my laptop and powered it up again and now my touchpad isn't working anymore. I have since updated and rebooted the laptop, but it still doesn't work and the GNOME settings don't show a touchpad. My non-touchpad mouse is working fine. I've never had any touchpad problems. What should I do?

Sounds like it might be broken. Does it work if you load up a live ISO image?

Well, the strangest thing just happened, I booted up my Debian system, and the touchpad worked on it, and now it's working again on my Arch as well. I'll close the thread.
