Hi,
I have a Lenovo Z16 and when i start the laptop the sound works well ...
My audio server is based on pipewire and my current Arch is 6.1.4-arch1-1.
The problems occur when I close the lid and the laptop goes in standby, because, when i open it the audio disappears...
Moreover, if i try to execute the systemctl status --user pipewire or systemctl status --user pipewire-pulse i receive the error "no bus ".
This is after a fresh boot :
netrek@netrek ~]$ systemctl status --user pipewire

I have the same issue on Z16.
pipewire[5462]: spa.alsa: '_ucm0002.hw:Generic_1': playback open failed: No such device
Setting the sound power settings to 0 in TLP seems to mitigate the problem a bit, but the audio device still disappears after a long sleep.
/etc/tlp.conf

+SOUND_POWER_SAVE_ON_BAT=0
I think it is related to the not properly implemented S0 idle mode in this laptop.
