grub disappears everytime

1.This mainborad can't save BIOS and time.If pullout Battery from mainborads ,maybe some will have same problem as below.
    2.Install Windows no problem.
    3.Install Debian  can work only when installing grub in UEFI usb flash disk(Debian has this choice when installing grub)
    4.reboot immediately after install(reinstall) arch grub,it work.But if unplugged,then reboot ,it doesn't work,grub disappears everytime
    5.how to do for arch

Use the --removable option when running the grub-install command

# dpkg-reconfigure grub-efi-amd64

And pick the "force installation to EFI removable loader location" option.
