Random reboot or freeze

On my laptop, CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 4800U with Radeon Graphics @ 16x 1.8GHz；Kernel: x86_64 Linux 6.1.6-arch1-3
The system random reboot or freeze, sometimes the led of the caps blink
It's only orrcur on linux OS, win10 is fine
I try the liveUSB OS, manjaro and eOS random freeze, only Ubuntu 20.04 works fine, but when i install in my SSD and updated , random freeze orrcur

i find errors in my dmsg:

i also try the wiki about ryzen, useless for the random reboot/freeze

i updated the kernel, 6.1.7.arch1-1 or 5.15.89-1-lts works fine
