Just a suggestion, I haven't seen any wireless tool after installation such as iw, I again need to go to chroot to install it. Is there any other tool inbuilt to connect a wifi network? And arch wiki doesn't mention or suggest any of it.

Yes, iwctl is present during the installation, but not after the installation. sorry the title makes it seem new installation but I mean after installation

Correct. That's why the installation guide states the following...
The base package does not include all tools from the live installation, so installing other packages may be necessary for a fully functional base system. In particular, consider installing:

software necessary for networking (e.g. a network manager or DHCP client),
