Monitor not recognizing on reboot, when connected to dockingstation.

I've been trying now for over one week to figure out, why my notebook, a Lenovo ThinkPad T16 Gen2 (running ArchLinux with Kernel 6.1.8-arch1-1 and an Intel i7 12th Gen Alder Lake-P CPU) does not work with my Lenovo Thunderbolt 4 Docking-Station (40B0).

== Problem Description ==

When I connect the docking-station to the notebook in the turned off state and then turn it on, the dock gets recognised with all of it's components including the screen, that gets a signal via DisplayPort and then displaying the Gnome DE.
However, when I restart the device, while the dock is connected, the dock doesn't work anymore. Neither the devices that are connected to it nor the screen turning on, saying that it doesn't get a signal via DisplayPort. When I reconnect the TB4 cable of the dock, it works again like a charm.

== What I've tried ==

I've tried to enable kms in the mkinicpio.conf, rebuilt the linux-image using `mkinitcpio -P` and rebooted the system, but it didn't brought me further.

HOOKS=(systemd autodetect modconf kms block keyboard sd-vconsole sd-encrypt filesystems)

Next I tried to enable i915 and set enable_guc to 3 in the /usr/lib/modprobe.d/i915.conf and rebuilded the linux-image again.

options i915 enable_guc=3

This also didn't work. (And yes, the package linux-firmware has been installed, as described in this ArchWiki Article)

My first guess was, that the docking-station is not compatible with Linux. So I bought another docking-station from another vendor (Dell).
It also had the exact same problem as described above.

Next, I've tried a Belkin and an i-Tec dock. These two worked perfectly with arch, but unfortunately, those only support TB3 and not TB4.

Since I didn't find a way to get it working, I've installed the exact same system on a T15. And how destiny wanted it to happen, it worked out of the box.
So my guess wasn't a defect dock anymore.

I've installed Ubuntu and Fedora temporarily, both with the Gnome DE running Wayland. With those distros installed and running, the dock, including the peripherals and the screen, works out of the box. Now I'm trying to understand, where difference between those three distributions lies, since I want to get this problem fixed on Arch and not switch to one of the named other distros.

I'm running out of ideas what I can try. Maybe someone of you can give me a "helping hand" and point me into the right direction.

Here's a snippet of the `dmesg` output, where the Dell Dock gets recognised during boot, but doesn't display an image on the screen.
