SDDM wayland(plasma) stuck on boot

After reinstalling arch to linux-zen and debloating it took me 2-5 minutes (used to take 5-15sec) to shutdown.

It tried to figure out it after "journalctl"
It turns out that it's because my sddm and some other software can't shutdown properly.

I found out that my wayland session was on TTY2 and it couldn't shutdown 2 sessions by user

After I changed
ServerArguments=-seat seat0 -tty /dev/tty1
on my sddm config

My computer is stuck on tty1 forever with:

Starting systemd-udevd version 252.5-1-arch
/dev/sda2:clean. 582062/31227904 files, 8491292/124895488 blocks

journalctl -usystemd-udevd

starting rule-based manager for device events and files
Arch mtp-probe[414]: checking bus2, device 2: "/sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:01.3/0000:01:00.0/usb2/2-3"
Arch mtp-probe[414]: bus: 2, device: 2 was not an MTP device
Arch mtp-probe[433]: checking bus2, device 2: "/sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:01.3/0000:01:00.0/usb2/2-3"
Arch mtp-probe[433]: bus: 2, device: 2 was not an MTP device
Arch mtp-probe[435]: checking bus5, device 2: "/sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:01.3/0000:01:00.0/usb2/2-3"
Arch mtp-probe[435]: bus: 5, device: 2 was not an MTP device
"This kept going 3 more times and it's stuck on"
Starting systemd-udevd version 252.5-1-arch
/dev/sda2:clean. 582062/31227904 files, 8491292/124895488 blocks

Stuck on udevd? What do I do?

Re: SDDM wayland(plasma) stuck on boot

journalctl -u sddm

stopping simple desktop display manager
sddm.service: State 'stop-sigterm' timed out. Killing
sddm.service: Killing process 558 (sddm) with signal SIGKILL.
sddm.service: Killing process 1143 (Xorg) with signal SIGKILL.
sddm.service: Killing process 563 (QDBusConnection) with signal SIGKILL.

I am forcing shutdown in SDDM service

sudo nvim /usr/lib/systemd/system/sddm.service
[Service]
TimeoutStopSec=0s

but this is a temp fix, please still  et me know how to actually fix

Re: SDDM wayland(plasma) stuck on boot

TLDR: It's not stuck on boot anymore after I edited configs, TT1 is still sddm. TT2 is wayland(Plasma). I still need a solution for shutting down.

Re: SDDM wayland(plasma) stuck on boot

Remove your temp fix and install sddm-git instead.
