Insync problems

Good morning, I have two problems whit Insync installed from AUR.

The first is that it does not recognizes my license when I click on refresh button.

The second is that when I click on a button that supposed to open a browser, it starts a wine process and not open any browser.

I found these errors in the log file:

X connection to :0 broken (explicit kill or server shutdown).
wine: could not open working directory L"Z:\\home\\carlo\\.cache\\kioexec\\krun\\16698_0\\", starting in the Windows directory.
QXcbIntegration: Cannot create platform OpenGL context, neither GLX nor EGL are enabled
WebEngineContext used before QtWebEngine::initialize() or OpenGL context creation failed.
Fontconfig warning: "/usr/share/fontconfig/conf.avail/05-reset-dirs-sample.conf", line 6: unknown element "reset-dirs"
js: Uncaught (in promise) #<Object>
MESA-INTEL: warning: Performance support disabled, consider sysctl dev.i915.perf_stream_paranoid=0

How can I fix these problems?

Over a year later, also having problems with AUR Insync with the GXcbIntregration and rset-dirs fontconfig thing. When the Insync window opens, it is completely blank.
