KDE Plasma Font Hinting Seems Broken

As of 2023-02-10, I am on:

The font hinting are all the same no matter which option I chose. You can see that from the preview.

Not sure what went wrong. I know it's not my configuration because I created a new user and it's still the same. Do you experience the same issue?
