I've been using Arch for several months now, and this issue just popped up the other day. When I try to update my system ("sudo pacman -Syu"), I get the following error:
:: Synchronizing package databases...
core is up to date
extra is up to date
community is up to date
multilib-testing is up to date
multilib is up to date

warning: cannot resolve "libcap=2.67", a dependency of "lib32-libcap"
:: The following package cannot be upgraded due to unresolvable dependencies:
lib32-libcap
:: Do you want to skip the above package for this upgrade? [y/N] If I press "enter" or type "N" I get the following
error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies)
:: unable to satisfy dependency 'libcap=2.67' required by lib32-libcapIf I instead type "y" I get the following
looking for conflicting packages...
there is nothing to doI have updated my mirror list and tried several different mirrors, none of them seem to work. I checked using "pacman -Qdi libcap" and libcap is only on version 2.6.6, however a newer version does not seem to be available. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

2.67 is currently in [testing], so it is a packaging bug, but it should resolve itself once it moves into [core].
