Thank you, i disabled dhcpcd@eth0 and i am able to use my system like normal again.

Pick one, disable the others

Edit: so how's the system behaving now?

It is back to normal however my wired and wireless connection doesnt work.
I must have disabled my network service that worked

Possibly.
It does not matter how you configure the network, but that you don't run competing services.
And dhcpcd@eth0 failed because the device gets renamed (I linked you how to disable that nonsense)
