I run plasma wayland session, but plasma shows X11 in systemconfig, alse display settings show my monitor as XWAYLAND0.
Because of this, spectacle does not work.

Yes, because you're running on wayland.
Because of this, spectacle does not work.
What?
Spectacle has apparently issues w/ wayland, https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=463695 or https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=449436
This has nothing to do w/ "random plasma tool shows unspecified string I probably misinterpret"

Unless you need something particular from Wayland, it's best to switch back to tried and working X11.

There were no problems with this before 5.27.
I have a suspicion that these problems are related to that I started the x11 session and changed the kgamma settings with system wide, I tried deleting ~/.config and ~/.local it didn't help, so the problem is deeper.

It is necessary, even at 144 Hz, Wayland works much smoother, window resizing, animation, everything is as smooth as possible.

Maybe something else is wrong with your setup, because spectacle just works on my Plasma/wayland setup...
I do not speak English, but I understand...

Detail "does not work" - *how* does it not work? What happens? Doe you get any errors?

The plasma freezes completely. All panels and the desktop stop working, although open windows continue to work.

Trigger this and then please post your complete system journal for the boot:
sudo journalctl -b | curl -F 'file=@-' 0x0.stOnline
I apologize for the long absence, there was no time for a issue. I found the reason, stupidly inserted
export QT_QPA_PLATFORM=xcbinto
/etc/profile.d/libreoffice-fresh.shI didn't know that this applies to the entire env.

Please always remember to mark resolved threads by editing your initial posts subject - so others will know that there's no task left, but maybe a solution to find.
Thanks.
