Hey, i've recently got myself a IdeaPad 5 15ALC05 laptop, and i'd like to limit the stop_charge_thresh and start_charge_thresh, but i dont seem to have them in my power_supply/BAT0 directory.
Is it possible to do that on my laptop model? Thanks!
Also i'd love to hear some tips about keeping my battery in good health for as long as possible.

I don't want to mislead you, but it seems that you would like to do what is marked as ThinkPads only
ThinkPads only
If I'm wrong, maybe someone will help you.
For the tips.
If you don't use the laptop. Charge it to around 50% and disconnect it.
Don't store your laptop in a very cold environment.

Lenovo Battery Conservation Mode
First make sure the ideapad_laptop kernel module is loaded, with the lsmod command.
If it is, run the following command as root to enable Battery Conservation Mode:echo 1 > /sys/bus/platform/drivers/ideapad_acpi/VPC2004:00/conservation_mode
A 0 will in turn disable the feature.
