How do I use hardware acceleration on Chrome

I'm using google-chrome-stable from AUR and an Intel HD Graphics. I have already installed libva-intel-driver and libva-vdpau-driver and also enabled Override software rendering list and Hardware decode acceleration for k-SVC VP9 in chrome://flags
But when playing youtube video (with codec vp09), the 'Media' panel showed it was not using a hardware acceleration. So I'm waondering if chrome supports VA-API, and how can I use it.

Thanks in advance!

Also "vainfo" and "vdpauinfo" on whether VP9 is supported by your HW itfp.
