Questions about xorg, xorg-xinit, and nvidia drivers on kde plasma

So, I was wondering if the nvidia drivers on plasma need xinit to work because on my system I did not install xorg or xinit and just installed plasma-meta and nvidia drivers?. Secondly, do I need xorg-server to use xinit or should I be fine with just plasma meta?

nvidia-utils depends on xorg-server, so you have that installed.
nvidia, plasma and xinit have no relation to each other.
You don't strictly need xorg-server for xinit, but it's what it'll start by default and is usually desired.

Do you know if nvidia requires it because my system without xinit the drivers don’t work but on my system with xinit works perfectly fine

That's nonsensical and likely coincidental.

Please post your Xorg log, https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Xorg#General and complete system journal for the boot:

sudo journalctl -b | curl -F 'file=@-' 0x0.st

for both systems.
