Clonezilla device to device

So, what I was attempting to do was clone my previous SATA SSD (512 GB) to my newer NVME SSD (2TB).

However, I keep getting error messages similar to this:

I've tried editing fstab to the correct UUID, but no success there, but is there something else I might be missing?

I'd also be willing to take a link to a good video / checklist of things I should looking for in doing this exact scenario.

I'm also willing to try any diagnostic steps to help as well, but I feel like I can't be the only one who's attempted to this and got stuck at this point.
