[SOLVED] Editing XDG categories

Hey!

I find some of these entries here to be kind of redundant. (This is from my file manager, but I'm not sure what to call this or where to go with editing them to my liking.)  These entries, namely speaking, the categories (eg: stuff like development, science, math, etc) were generated when I first installed my window manager (Awesome). Is there a way I could tidy them up a bit to make my desktop a bit more organized?
