the situation is such that my system does not detect the fan, I tried using sensor-detect, fan control does not help to detect it

Not sure about this version of MSI - but on 11Gen based MSI's used same logic as MSI gaming PC's. Fan controlled directly by embedded controller, and fan speed setting not accessible by CPU. 

Try ISW  - https://github.com/YoyPa/isw

Most likely it does not have profile made for this model - but maybe some existing gaming laptop setting will work
