Primary monitor black screens for ~5 sec if secondary monitor enabled

Hey, so when I enable my secondary monitor (primary 144hz, secondary 60hz) and for example minimize my browser or open it etc, my primary monitor will black screen for a few seconds and then will consistently do this every time I minimize, open a program or even just browsing on reddit will do it very often.

The only workaround I found is of course disabling second monitor OR lowering my primary monitor refresh rate down to 120hz from 144hz.

I am on KDE Plasma x11, Geforce RTX 2070 SUPER GPU.

This of course does not happen on wayland, though I just cannot use it for gaming. But this could also be another workaround to just use wayland while I am not gaming etc.
