All of a sudden I have been getting these random system stutters where audio, mouse movements, and the rest of the system momentarily stutters for half a second in intervals of a minute or two. While keeping my system monitor open, They seem to coincide with very short spikes in a single core. I want to see what program is the cause of this, but I have no way of kowing what app was active at a specific time. What would be the best way to go about monitoring the cpu to troubleshoot this issue?
