Mate Reverting to 1.26

Does anyone know how MATE seems to have reverted from 1.27 to 1.26?  I now get warnings from pacman that the locally installed package is newer than community, though I don't remember installing it from anywhere unusual.

It was never in community, it was in community-testing and was pulled. If you're using testing, following the arch-dev-public mailing list is highly recommended or you're not going to know what's going on.
