hp elitebook crash during cold boot

Hi.

Laptop hp elitebook 1040 G4 crash (like power failure) complete shutdown during cold boot. Console login screen appears and then off. If i reboot system (booted first archiso installation usb disk) everything works and boot fine. and stays on. Trying to disable everything bios like,wifi bluetooth, wwan gps etc. doesnt help. This is fresh install. .
Battery chahged no effect. Battery or charger no difference. Rescue mode boot every time.

systemd-journald[188]: Time spent on flushing to /var/log/journald... is also last line if kernel parameters debug is on
Need help .

quick video explain how boot works..
left video is debug boot parameter on, and right video without debug. Both video show system ask user name.
