Greetings. My KDE just cannot go to suspend automatically, I did a lot of search around but cannot find the clue yet.
However, I can suspend it by:
systemctl suspendAlso the output of "systemd-inhibit"
systemd-inhibit --list
WHO UID USER PID COMM WHAT WHY MODE
NetworkManager 0 root 702 NetworkManager sleep NetworkManager needs to turn off networks delay
UPower 0 root 785 upowerd sleep Pause device polling delay
PowerDevil 1000 xixu 1032 org_kde_powerde handle-power-key:handle-suspend-key:handle-hibernate-key:handle-lid-switch KDE handles power events block
Screen Locker 1000 xixu 898 ksmserver sleep Ensuring that the screen gets locked before going to sleep delayReally appreciate for any suggestions for how to solve this issue.
Thanks in advance!!

How are you starting the session? If you are using a display manager then it may be as simple as setting up your desired configuration in /etc/systemd/logind.conf.

Quick update: I switch to wayland and it can be automatically suspended. But I don't know why X11 doesn't work.
