Graphical Issues / Dotted CLI like Graphics in Software / Nvidia
Hello, 
I have the following Problem,
When opening a game or my self written JavaFX Program, The Window looks like this:
It happens when i put the window out of focus or as it is the case with CS:GO sometimes it does and sometimes it does not.
Here are my Specs that i have in my PC:
I am using a Displayport 1440@165hz Monitor with the "nvidia-dkms" Drivers for my NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER.
I am using Wayland in Combination with Hyprland as my Window Manager.
I have tried several aspects like switching to Vulkan in Games but none of them helped me at all.
I hope anyone can help me!

[Mod Edit]: removed inline images
[Edit Solution]: turning off "direct scanout" in wayland has solved the issue for me.
