Been stuck on doing this for 2 days, so here I am.
Acer only provide BIOS updates in .exe, so Windows env is unavoidable.
According to https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Flashi … Windows_PE
this is the most common way to get it done with Acer,
so I followed the instructions from https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Window … e_firmware
--overlay the bios.exe into the ISO, and long story short, I am now stuck at here (photo attached below)
I must update the BIOS, and I'm so not going to install Windows right now, any idea is welcome, thanks.

FYI: You can use any bootable Windows install medium for command line functionality. Answer the regional and keyboard questions and press "Shift-F10". WinPE is not PnP - but you may attach USB keys before booting into PE and they should be available (drive letters C: and above).
Did you install Arch via EFI boot - is the EFI partition present?
