Hello
I have been using Arch Linux for almost a year now and as far as I can remember I have always had the problem of freezing the system.
But I encountered this problem from time to time and by accident.
This problem usually occurs when I am watching a video with vlc, the image stops completely and only the sound of the video repeats every second, or I am coding with vscode and even logging into gnome.
And then the cpu pressure and fan speed increase unbelievably so that I have to press the power button and after a 8 seconds the system shuts down.
What I did:
1: sysrq buttons:
I even got help from the sysrq buttons, and when the system was working correctly, I checked its operation with the alt + fn + s buttons.
But when the system was freezing, the sysrq buttons did not work.
2: memtest86++:
I tested the system RAMs for 5 hours and no problem was detected, but later I realized that I should have waited longer and will do it again later.
I also checked the system logs, but I didn't find much.
I put all the logs in the following link:
Related to journalctl

related to dmesg

I checked a lot of freeze problems on bbs.archlinux.org but didn't get too excited and just did what I mentioned above.
If there is anything else I need to do please let me know.
Sorry for the poor English

When this happens, to the LEDs on the keyboard flash? That would be indicative of a kernel panic.

I don't remember exactly, but I think yes (next time I will pay more attention)
Is it possible to solve the problem by changing the kernel?

Hello
After 2 or 3 days I tried memtest86+ again
Tested 10 times and completed successfully each time
Currently, I have not faced any system freeze or kernel panic, in case of attack I will send the logs ![]()
