Re: [SOLVED] ld complains about undefined reference to `gpgme_*'

Now I have zypper installed in the right $PATH !
I'll move on now to installing openSUSE in a container - the real object of all my previous posts.
Thanks loqs! Without you I would never have made it.
Thanks seth too for your analysis and views on the build process.

Remember to mark this and your previous thread as solved by editing the first post in the thread and prepending [SOLVED] to the title.
Also flag libzypp out of date on AUR,  notify the package maintainer of the issue and notify upstream of the issue.

Re: [SOLVED] ld complains about undefined reference to `gpgme_*'

openSUSE container created!
I wish other people would use our posts and your comments in order to achieve building libzypp as a requisite to building zypper for creating tumbleweed containers.
I'll do a post about that.

I've created a thread on AUR Issues (with a typo in the title - that's typical ME!) but I have no idea how to

Just to note,  this entire thread could have been avoided if you had chosen to use the patch I provided.

My shame! But I've learnt a lot in the process, anyway.
Thanks loqs! For your patience and understanding and will to help.
Routine for you but an epic and watershed moment for me as a would-be arch linux contributor.
