Numlock on when boot tried fail

Questions: I want numlock on when I enter password when boot into system , but NUMLOCK sticks to be off after my tries.

I followed this wiki to install kde and sddm

then I choose wayland as default following this without enabling virtual keyboard.

first I tried tips in sddm
by

$ cat /etc/sddm.conf.d/num_lock.conf 
[General]
Numlock=on

then I tried methods 1.1 & 1.2 & 1.3 & 2.3 & 2.7 listed in this wiki, (I don't use i3 so not try 3.1), but still fails.

my boot log too long(2021 lines) if need it,tell me. (maybe help debugging)

my env

$ pacman -Q sddm plasma-meta plasma-wayland-session
sddm-git 0.19.0.212.g5fceaa9-1
plasma-meta 5.27-2
plasma-wayland-session 5.27.3-1

It seems wayland compatibility problem.
