Set video mode during early boot mode?

My monitor has a problem with any linux distro since a long time ago where just one video mode displays a sharp image. That is 1920x1080p@60Hz.
By the default, regardless of distro, desktop environment or kernel version it boots at 1920x1080p@59.94Hz, which is not supported by the monitor (it works at 50/60Hz) and the text is unreadable because it's blurry.

That's fine on a desktop environment, because I can set the right video mode and it remembers it.
The problem is that before the session started, console sessions, systemd logs and the display manager screen all look like garbage.

I'd like to enforce the right video mode early at boot.
