I replaced /dev/md127 with new drives and did vgremove --force -removemissing
Unfortunately it delete my root lvs
How I can restore my lvm with one PV missing?
lsblkblkidls -lrt /etc/lvm/archivevgcfgrestore vg_data -f /etc/lvm/archive/vg_data_00002-1283577682.vgCouldn't find device with uuid 14GwXp-.....

Your paste link does not work for me.
Your root LV had ~24 Gigabytes allocated on that missing PV. What happened to it? Does it still exist? Gone? What?
Which filesystem?
PS: any chance you just forgot to cryptsetup open that 2nd luks container of yours?! please elaborate more ...

The links works for me on laptop and mobile.
Have you disabled http?
ext4 on nvme and md127 is empty only a luks container.
When I recreate vg_data-root without restore the data is loss?

100GB are lv root and 24GB are swap of nvme
