All games eventually crash after playing for a bit

A couple of weeks ago, every game started to crash my computer after playing for a bit. I can't say 100%, but it seems the more intensive the game, the faster it crashes. It happens both with games through Steam and Lutris. It has persisted through multiple kernel updates, and I'm not sure what package update may have caused this. Can anyone get me pointed in the right direction for this?

Looking through journalctl, the common error line that I seem to see at the end of each crash is:

gameoverlayui[5189]: g_object_unref: assertion 'G_IS_OBJECT (object)' failed

My specs are:
CPU: AMD 5800X3D
GPU: AMD 7900XT
Kernel: 6.2.10-arch1-1
Running KDE Wayland with xorg-wayland

Here is the output of journalctl -b from launching the game until the crash: https://pastebin.com/sKvZhybF

My specs are:

More importantly, which version of steam is it?
Repo or flatschpak?
Native or foreign runtime?

Also, obviously: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Steam/ … mmediately

Sorry about that. Steam is repo. I just checked and I do not have steam-native-runtime installed.

I'll give the native runtime a go and see if that fixes it hopefully. Thank you.

Steam-native-runtime gave a different set of errors that basically crashed the game within 30 seconds. Normally I can go 10-15 minutes without the native runtime.
