Hi,
An application I use (protonvpn) needs kwallet to store a password. I have the package "kwallet" installed, but I have no idea if it is set up right. I checked the wiki but couldn't understand what I had to do.
The wiki says "To unlock KDE Wallet automatically on login, install kwallet-pam for the PAM compatible module. The chosen KWallet password must be the same as the current user password."
Ok, but how do I choose the KWallet password? Nonetheless, I added the lines to "/etc/pam.d/login" as said in the wiki (I log in through tty).
When I execute for instance "kwallet-query kwallet -l" (there is no wallet named kwallet but it's just to try), it outputs the following:
Couldn't start kwalletd: QDBusError("org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.Spawn.ChildSignaled", "Process org.kde.kwalletd5 received signal 11")
Wallet kwallet not foundThe application kwalletmanager5 outputs the same message "Couldn't start kwalletd".
What should I do to get kwallet working? I have no clue how it is used besides that it's a password manager. I don't even know what its behavior should be.
