is there a command or command to display a real-time log?

I smell a XY Problem. What exactly are you looking for? What problem are you trying to diagnose, why do you think it should show up in the journal, what exactly makes you prompt this question? Random shot, unless you're in the wheel group you'll only get the user journal, if you want to check system services/kernel events, run the journal command as root.

The magic group is actually systemd-journal.
But adm and wheel work, too.

No. Of course not. Nothing logs everything.
E.g. it does not log pacman transactions, which can be found in /var/log/pacman.log.
It also does not log my bank account transactions or remaining amount of staples in my stapler.
