Hi,
Now I try to use bcache to speed up my RAID5 (fakeRAID). It looks great but the systemd-quotacheck.service will be error during the boot.
The error message is "quotacheck: Your kernel probably supports ext4 quota feature but you are using external quota files. Please switch your filesystem to use ext4 quota feature as external quota files on ext4 are deprecated. You can enable the feature by unmounting the file system and running 'tune2fs -O quota <device>'."
I tried to unmount and run the command be mentioned in the error log. It will work after my first reboot, the quotacheck is passed. However, the service will still fail after the second boot.
I want to know is it a design of bcache that it not support quotacheck? If yes, how can I skip quotacheck my RAID device and let quotacheck work on my other device normally.
BR

Solved after today's kernel upgrade to 6.1.24-hardened2-1
PS: LOL, I asked the question in the morning, and got an update at noon, then it solves it. Lucky. )))
