Ho to passthrough my cpu with kvm ? Why i have bad performance at game

Hi everyone

I have recently done a single-GPU-passthrough for my Windows 10 VM and that works fine, except for few games.
My disks are passed by VirtIO and for my CPU, i have check the box "Copy host CPU configuration (host-passthrough)" and given 1 socket, 7 cores and 2 threads.

Some games like TrypFPV works really fine, even better then when i have less ram and not overclocked my CPU and on a few Ultra settings
And some like CS:GO works bad, and for Call Of Duty MW2 2022 it works really bad at the point even if i'm on low everywhere i have barely 10 fps and it's really, really laggy, when i shot a enemy for example it take 2-3 seconds to be effective and have the red cross.

And because everything is passing through except my disks and CPU i think the CPU is the problem. Am i right ?
