I'm having trouble getting any audio playing from my device, including from any connected headsets. From the troubleshooting I've managed to fumble my way through so far it appears that pulseaudio fails to discover "any working profile".

In pavucontrol I can only see "dummy output" for output devices and the configuration tab says "No cards available for configuration".
Alsamixer does find a card;

Alsamixer has some channels for me to tweak PGA2.0, PGA3.0 and PGA4.0 but none of them have any effect on any audio (no audio is ever audible).
I'm not knowledgeable about this and am not sure what I can do to fix my audio issue. It's important to me that I can use this device to perform remote meetings so any help is much appreciated.
