Update error while installation: Vanilla Arch, pacstrap, pacman,....

I'm from Iran
It's been for a week now that I've been experimenting with different f**king methods to install Arch on my laptop and all failed because of update errors I receive through installation at different point. They are to do with first and foremost Pacstrap base files etc and then system updates with: -Syu, -Syy and Sy. All of which would throw an error at some point of download.
When trying pacstrap /mnt base base-devel vim etx. after some downloads suddenly everything goes out of order and I receive this:
Error: failed retrieving file ‘gcc-libs-12.2.1-2.86_64.pkg.tar.zst.sig’ from archlinux.thaller.ws : Resolving time out after 10000 milliseconds
Warning: failed to retrieve some files
Error: failed to commit transaction (download library error)
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.
These are some other messages I receive after it being aborted: core is up to date, extra is up to date, comunity is up to date, error: failed retrieving file 'core.db' from archlinux.thaller.ws : Resoloving timed out after 10000 milliseconds.
And I’ve tried these in many many times and different occasions and still all fails.
I appreciate if anyone can give a comprehensive summary on this matter.
As a result I'm stuck in the installation phase and cannot boot into GRUB or whatever bootable thing for Arch.

Choose a different mirror. thaller.ws experiences issues from time to time (example).

Looking at your location (Iran), there may also be an issue of your government interferring. Make sure to choose mirrors outside Iran and use HTTPS only to make that less likely.

I missed to mention that I used two mirrors one from UK and one from Iran. Do you know any way to use VPN like SurfShark VPN in the installation process. Such events is often resolved using VPN here, but I don't know how to use it in the installation process.

If you end up needing a VPN and surfshark specifically and "jq" is on the iso, https://github.com/kyndair/linux-surfshark-wireguard
(Otherwise try to install jq on the iso)

Really try a different mirror first, but if the beardos don't like you talking to the infidels, https won't necessarily help if they just choke IPs depending on their geolocation (and from previous threads I understand the .ir mirrors are castrated and cannot provide several packages considered to be haram, so you cannot rely on them at all)

#mpan you rather political! I used two more images. This rare time the problem may not be related to censorship for after using a Polish image or German it was I don't remember well but I was finally able to update. Another problem which persisted in my previous attempts is to do with Grub and the bootloader. An error with EFI. After 10 to 15 times of installations now I'm so pissed off with this installations process I need to take a rest. I've installed Ubuntu to first learn Linux and in coming months I'll switch back to Arch. At that time it may resolved.

#Seth Lolz! Let's leave forbidden topics. It'll add up to the pile of my majestic sins. Actually a Polish mirror resolved the issue. Probably I'll get back to Arch in several months. Now I'll go over Ubuntu to learn Linux first. Thank you for your advice dude.

I was not political. It is much simpler than that: there were cases of Arch mirrors in Iran being meddled with.

If mirrors other than thaller.ws would be affected too, it is a pretty natural next guess.

I see. Anything possible. I've installed Ubuntu with highly customizable KDE Plasma. Now I can learn Linux. I hope after that I'll be able to install Arch based on my coming accumulated Linux knowledge. Keep the answers for that time.
