I was trying to make amdgpu my default driver, it installed just fine. I pasted this on grub:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash radeon.cik_support=0 amdgpu.cik_support=1 radeon.si_support=0 amdgpu.si_support=1"
Then i did update grub and rebooted just fine.
Radeon was still my default driver and i went for the extreme option, blacklisting radeon... i used:
sudo nano /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-radeon.conf and then typed blacklist radeon, now it just doesnt boot and i get
/dev/sbd2: recovering journal
/dev/sbd2: clean,487915/14622720 files, 28304515/58476288 blocks
Halp... im really new
EDIT: just entered console from bios and ran "sudo rm /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-radeon.conf" nvm, close this.
