Screen flickering/black on TTY

I tried installing Arch, but i couldn't do anything because the screen was always black/flickering. Pressing keys repeatedly does make the screen normal again for a fraction of a second. Note: the persistent black screen only occurs on a TTY. During the boot it flickers, but way less

I also tried connecting my laptop to a TV and the image on it was perfect. And on the monitor screen, instead of a black screen, it was just flickering a lo

also Tried installing Artix and precisely the same things happened.

Could this be happening due to a key pressing itself? I'm 99% sure thats the problem, and if so, what can i do?
